don't give up on yourself

“Nature uses only the longest threads to weave her patterns, so that each small piece of her fabric reveals the organization of the entire tapestry.” – Richard P. Feynman

One month into the New Year and it’s still cold and dreary. The hopes of the brighter year you imagined are looking more and more like the weather. But just because things may not be perfect outside, doesn’t mean your world needs to follow suit inside.

It’s never too late to work on yourself or learn new skills. Keeping your mind and your routine fresh can make you feel like a brand new person. Cultivating positive habits for your life can not only keep you feeling renewed and hopeful, but help you to organize your life into what you want it to be.

Establishing a few simple organizational skills in your day-to-day life, such as waking 20 minutes before the rest of the family to have some time to yourself or cleaning up the kitchen before you sit down to eat, can help you feel more organized, happier and less stressed over time. And feeling this way on the inside will project outward – your attitude, your smile, and your body language will all grow brighter. Learning to be organized within your life and yourself can help in more ways than just your attitude. Look for improvements in your job, your relationships, and even your house!

Always remember it’s never too late to make the changes you want in life. Never give up on yourself, because sometimes you’re all that you have to give the push of positivity and organization.
