Q is for Questions to Ask Yourself this New Year

We tend to treat every new year as a fresh start, with a list of lofty resolutions to better ourselves with. But a lot of the time, our resolutions fall flat and fade from our lives fast. This is because we decided to take on too much, or our goals were too lofty. But maybe with a bit of reflection, we can ask ourselves the right questions this new year.

Rather than trying to lose ten pounds or buy a new car this upcoming year, ask yourself something more serious this year. Look within yourself for what you truly want for the forthcoming year. It can be as small as reading more books or as big as working towards a promotion. But the thing is, we can never truly improve our lives if we aren’t asking ourselves tough and real questions. So this year, ditch the superficial resolutions and look deeper into yourself and your future to manifest your best life.

Here are some examples of questions to ask yourself this New Year:

What would you like to learn this year?

How would you like to spend your money differently this year?

What would you like to improve about yourself?

Are there any bad habits you are trying to break?

Do you have any goals you’d like to accomplish this year or beyond?

These are just some examples to help you get started. So, grab a pen and some paper, and get to answering! There are no right or wrong answers. The point is to get thinking about what you truly want for yourself this new year and your life in general. Have a Happy New Year!
